1 Year Limited Warranty

1. Scope of Warranty

Hydra Research, LLC ("krayft") warrants all physical krayft-branded products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with krayft's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period").

2. Exclusion: Digital Goods & 3D Print Files

This warranty applies exclusively to physical hardware manufactured and shipped by krayft.

  • Digital Files: 3D print files (.STL, .OBJ, etc.) purchased from krayft are provided "as is." While we offer support for file integrity, they are not covered under this 1-year physical warranty.

  • Customer-Printed Items: krayft is not responsible for the structural integrity, fitment, or failure of items printed by the customer or a third party using krayft digital files. Issues arising from printing parameters, material choice, or hardware settings are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. General Exclusions

This warranty does handheld coverage for:

  • Manufacturing Artifacts: Minor surface imperfections or visible layer lines inherent to the 3D printing process that do not impact the product's function.

  • Environmental Damage: Deformation or melting caused by exposure to extreme heat (e.g., leaving non-high-temp plastics in a vehicle during summer).

  • Third-Party Equipment: Damage to hobby equipment, pets, or home goods (e.g., coffee gear, hydroponic systems, or collars) used in conjunction with krayft products.

  • Misuse: Damage from improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Your Remedies

If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, krayft will, at its discretion:

  1. Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent unit.

  2. Repair the product at no charge.

  3. Refund the original purchase price.

5. How to Claim Warranty Service

To initiate a claim, please email support@krayft.com with:

  • Your Order Number (krayft store or Etsy).

  • Clear photos of the defect or failure.

  • A description of how the failure occurred.

6. Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYDRA RESEARCH, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY.
